Being a foreigner myself, having lived on the island for the past 26 years and recently having been through the process of building, I can take away all these worries. Backed up with English speaking Lawyers and Architects, a renowned construction company specializing in western Crete, and my personal experience in the field, I provide a service in a personal and individual way so as to create an atmosphere of confidence, which will guarantee a smooth property purchase.

I operate only on western Crete and I am ready to assist, should you be looking to build your dream house in the sun, to buy a vacant plot for construction or investment, or simply find a holiday home to rent.

May I point out the existence of Chania International Airport, which has charter flights from all European destinations starting from April until October. During wintertime, national airlines such as Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines guarantee direct flights from Athens to Chania five times a day.
