From the church on top of the cliff in the village of Ravdoucha, a winding tarmac road starts to descend to the beach and harbour. The plot is located at the bottom of the Bay, about 100 metres before the traditional taverna.
Due to its slope, it has unobstructed views over the blue waters of the Bay of Kastelli.
The plot has olive trees, electricity and water, and easy access.
Ravdoucha is an old traditional village with many stone houses. It is about 5 kms from the bustling fishing village of Kolymbari on the Rodopos peninsular, west of Chania. Kolymbari has all amenities, including supermarkets, post office, butcher, bank, bakery, and many popular fish tavernas by the sea.
Ravdoucha provides easy access to some of the most unique and protected beaches in Crete, such as Falassarna and Balos.
A small, family run taverna is situated at the beautiful secluded cove in Ravdoucha. This is the perfect place to relax on the small beach and enjoy the wonderful fresh fish, home grown vegetables, the amazing views, breathtaking sunset, whilst listening to the gentle sound of the waves.
