In the winter, the house is warmed by a wood-stove and there are four chimneys. There is also an "apothiki" (cellar) attached to the house. The patio is bordered by small gardens already planted with almond, orange and mimosa trees and which are also suitable for flowers and herbs.
Below the house there is another 2000m² of land with it's own well, 15 olive trees, various citrus, fruit and nut trees and ample space for a large vegetable garden. Water also flows from an adjacent spring. This spring fills a large reservoir which can be used to water the trees and garden.
