Chrysseli Villa

Located in Kokkino Chorio (east of Chania), the villa consists of a main house (3 bedrooms) and a bungalow (1 bedroom). You can rent the villa only (6 people) or the villa with the bungalow (2 people).

The villa is located in a 2,500m2 plot.  It has a large fenced garden with magnificent views over the sea and the White Mountains, with a private pool and many terraces.  The beach is just a 10 minute drive away.  There are local shops in Kokkino Chorio and amenities in nearby village Plaka.  It is a 40 minute drive from Chania international airport and a 1.5 hour drive to Iraklion airport.

Main House

Ground floor : living room (with TV + satellite, stereo), fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster…) overlooking a large covered terrace, a double bedroom with balcony, large bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

1^st floor : large double bedroom overlooking a huge corner terrace, bedroom with 2 twin beds and balcony, large bathroom with WC.

Bungalow : living room (with stereo) featuring a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large covered terrace with a great barbecue, double bedroom, bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

On the roof of the bungalow is a huge terrace with benches and beautiful panoramic views of sea and the White Mountains.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa and bungalow are elegantly furnished in Cretan and French style and provide all comforts inside and out.

Cleaning
For more than 1 week stay : 1 midstay cleaning free at the end of each week
For any additional cleaning and linen change : 80 € for the big house and 100 € if bungalow.
No midstay cleaning for 1 week stay only.

Baby cot until 2 years old : free
5% discount for 3 weeks stay for any period
5% discount for 2 weeks stay, except July & August

Payment conditions
30% deposit must be paid since the booking day
Balance is due 1 month before the stay.
Warranty of 300€ is requested : to be given together with the balance. It is given back at the end of the stay after the check out.

Theodoros Villa

Located in Vouves, a beautiful and very quiet village approx. 25km west of Chania, with 360° views over the sea and the mountains.  It is 5km from the beach and from Kolymbari which has shops, a picturesque harbour & fish tavernas.

The villa is on a very large 4,000m2 plot with private pool, BBQ, Cretan oven, and terraces to enjoy all the views.

The 2 bedroom villa includes :

Ground floor : living room (with TV & stereo), well equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster…) overlooking 2 large terraces, a bathroom with shower & WC.

1^st floor : one double bedroom overlooking a terrace + bedroom with 2 twin beds and balcony, bathroom with WC.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa is elegantly furnished in Cretan and French style and provides all comforts inside and out.

Vouves is approx. a 45 minute drive from Chania international airport and is a very good point from which to explore western Crete – for example Balos, Elafonissi & Falassarna.  It has amazing views overlooking the sea, miles of olive groves and the White Mountains.
