Villa Massalia is a modern, luxury villa with stunning views towards Almerida across Souda Bay, and the White Mountains. Located in a quiet but not remote position, the West facing aspect enables guests to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with a choice of several balconies.

Within walking distance of the taverna and mini market in Kokkino Chorio, the villa is just a short drive from the sandy beach at Almerida.

This three bedroomed villa is comfortable for 6 guests - there are 2 x double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One bedroom is downstairs and the other two are upstairs. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and each has its own balcony offering the most amazing views.

There is a spacious living/ dining room with a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. The living room has a flat screen wall mounted TV (with satellite), DVD player and music system.

Two steps lead up to the fully equipped kitchen, which is separated from the living room by a lovely arch. Here there is a cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster & coffee machine. A separate storage room houses the washing machine, iron & ironing board.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a comfortably sized walk in shower, and a separate toilet.

On the first floor are two bedrooms plus a bathroom with bathtub. Each bedroom has patio doors leading onto separate balconies with benches and furniture.

From the living room and kitchen are doors leading to the large outside terrace. From here there is access to the private 40m2 pool, where you can soak up the sun and gaze at the view across Souda Bay. A portable barbecue is also provided.
